Access Bars

Access Bars® is a body process whereby I lightly touch certain points on your head and it helps release stuck emotions, limiting beliefs and thought patterns. Receiving a Bars session gets the energy flowing and helps you connect more deeply with your body. It is a relaxing process which feels wonderful and helps you to reignite and boost that spring in your step. It is a process to help you connect with the infinite being that you are and create life consciously. You have infinite possibilities available to you in your life, having a Bars session just helps you access that. 

I combine the bars with certain body processes which can help clear trauma, support your immune system and recalibrate your body.
