Welcome to The Little Escape Therapy Centre, Crystal Palace's Holistic Therapy Centre tucked away in a quiet mews behind the Blackbird Bakery, just opposite Sainsbury's on Westow Street.

 

We have been helping keep the good people of Crystal Palace healthy and sane for 10 years now, in a safe and supportive, warm and welcoming environment.

We have 4 treatment rooms, 3 are for bodywork, the other is a dedicated room for Talking Therapies. 

 

The Little Escape is owned by Mike, an Osteopath, but it is very much a team effort - the therapists at the Little Escape are all hand-picked, self-employed, highly qualified and experienced, down-to-earth, and fully accredited and insured by the appropriate bodies to ensure they take the greatest care in supporting you however you need.

We are super proud to have developed a fantastic team, and where appropriate we all work together collaboratively, to ensure that people get the best treatment and support for them at that time.

RECEPTION

 

We no longer have a full reception service. This means the telephone is no longer always manned (you can leave a message but it may not be picked up immediately).

BOOKINGS

 

Online Booking via the Book Now button is the best way to book your appointment on a day/time that suits, or you can email hello@thelittleescape-therapycentre.com if you need any assistance with making or amending a booking, or to make a same-day booking (these are not available to book online) - we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

Gift Vouchers are available, in electronic format, requested, sent and paid for via email. 

​

To process your voucher, we will need the following details:

 

* Amount or specific treatment you’d like to gift
* Name of person the voucher is for
* Any short, one-line message to say who it is from

Then we can email them over together with our bank details for payment. Please note, that all gift vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
