Your privacy always has been and always will be very important to us!

We will NEVER share your details with third parties except with your express consent- eg if you want us to put you in touch with a practitioner directly, or you need us to email receipts for insurance purposes.

Our computer and IT systems are password protected and passwords are changed regularly. The computer is auto-locked and it can only be accessed by reception staff. If staff leave we also change the password.
​
If we take notes over the phone or other personal details, phone numbers etc to arrange appointments these are all shredded at the end of the day.

Your contact details (name, Phone Number, Email address) will be stored on our booking system unless you request that we delete it. The Booking system (simplybook.me) is secure and password protected.

The booking system will automatically send you appointment confirmations and reminders, and an email request for feedback.
We keep payment details on the system for our accounts and in case of any discrepancies.

Card receipts are kept in a locked filing cabinet for 18 months and then shredded.
​
Practitioners are all self employed and responsible for their own data and storage of client details.

We keep emails for 18 months too for reference or in case of any discrepancies- unless you expressly request that we delete your emails.

Our reception CCTV is motion activated, and images are stored for a week unless there is a legal reason to keep them Sound is not recorded.
By using our Website or registering for services through the Website or submitting information to us, you:

Email marketing messages via Mailchimp may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conducts themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page. You have the right to make a written request for a copy of the Personal Information that we keep about you or to correct the details that we hold about you.

In order to comply with our obligations for data protection we will protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss by using commercially reasonable security measures. If an unauthorised third-party accesses your Personal Information, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of such unauthorised access. Unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to our hosted website; any transmission will be at your own risk.

Ts & Cs
Please arrive on time or early for your appointment. Practitioners may need you to fill in a form before your treatment.

If you are LATE for an appointment we cannot guarantee that you will have a full length treatment, but the full price will be payable.
If you cancel within 24 hours the full amount of the treatment will be payable.

Payments can be made by Credit or Debit Card, or by cash. We do not accept cheques, and if paying by cash, please bring the correct amount as we do not have the facility to provide change.
​
For Massage Therapies and other treatments where you may need to remove clothing, we have a strict Pants On Policy. If you do not respect this the practitioner will not be able to treat you, and you will still have to pay in full for the treatment.

All of our therapists have a right to feel safe and happy at work, and without fear of abuse, assault, insult, intimidation or humiliation. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services without notice and at any time, either prior to, during or post treatment. Any violence or abuse directed at our therapists will result in matters being followed up with the police.
