Who I am

I am a qualified and experienced Mental Health Well-being Practitioner, with hundreds of hours of NHS client work, as well as a privately practising life coach.  I have helped individuals to overcome a wide range of psychological problems and move forward with healthier, happier lives.

My former career was in corporate finance but after suffering loss in my own life and discovering meditation, I decided on a total career change, requalifying in mental health with the NHS.

 

Where I can help

I can help you to gain a better understanding of how your mind works and in doing so, help you to learn how to respond differently to your thoughts and feelings, resulting in new behaviours that move you in the direction you want to go.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, to help you to develop self-insight and to find ways to move beyond the familiar thoughts and feelings that stop you from living with purpose, in the moment.

I am here to listen to you with empathy, to hear whatever you need to discuss, whatever concerns you feel you may need to get off your chest.

 

How We Work Together

Our focus is on the here and the now; the changes that you want to make and the life that you want to start living.

We work collaboratively, being guided by what you want to achieve, and when you’re not quite sure what that is, we work together to get to the heart of where you want to be and what you need to do to get there.

By working with personal goals, we make progress measurable and help you to move forward with confidence and clarity, towards the sense of freedom and fulfilment that comes with realising your untapped inner resources.
