Auste graduated from the London School of Osteopathy.

Originally from Lithuania, Auste moved to London in 2003 to study the master’s in performance and culture, at Goldsmiths College, London.  

​

In addition to her academic background Auste has an extensive experience and interest in movement, including dance, yoga, and Pilates. She trained in ballet and contemporary dance for over 10 years; this experience led her to qualify as Pilates teacher in 2013. 

​

Her critical mind and interest in learning steered her to explore different movement systems involving natural and functional movement patterns, which often is a forgotten skill, especially among people living in high paced, stress driven and sedentary urban environments.

​

Furthermore, after working with people of different ages, diverse movement experiences and abilities she felt a need to learn more about musculoskeletal conditions that affected many of her Pilates clients.   

​

After some research into its philosophy and approach toward the human body and health she decided to embark on the 5 years training program to become an Osteopath. The training developed her understanding of human anatomy and physiology as well as her clinical diagnostic skills in the musculoskeletal field. 

​

Her treatment combines osteopathic and movement techniques derived from her diverse movement experiences. Auste loves to inspire and empower her clients to enjoy movement and feel stronger in everyday life.
