Anna is a qualified Acupuncturist and Naturopath with a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and using natural techniques to help patients restore their health and feel their best.

Both Acupuncture and Naturopathy aim to treat the whole person (both physically and emotionally) by identifying the root cause of their condition instead of treating their symptoms alone. With experience in treating stress and anxiety, insomnia, women’s health, musculoskeletal issues, gastrointestinal and urinary disorders, headaches and more, Anna prides herself on her ability to listen to each patient and provide the personalised treatment they need in a gentle and supportive way.

As a Naturopath, Anna is able to provide tailored, achievable lifestyle support to her Acupuncture clients to help facilitate healing between appointments. This could range from providing dietary advice, recommending tissue salts (mineral preparations) or creating bespoke Bach Flower remedies to provide emotional reassurance and support.

Anna is available at the Little Escape on Sundays between 2-6pm. Initial appointments are £65 for 75 minutes, and each follow up appointment will last an hour and cost £60. Any Bach Flower remedies prescribed as part of the treatment will cost an extra £10.

​

Anna also offers Facial Acupuncture, which used regularly can help to improve muscle tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, along with helping to tone sagging jowels, improve skin circulation and even out skin tone. Facial Acupuncture treatments are £85 for 90 minutes.
